Bricktown Hotel & Extended Stay

Terrible excuse for breakfast, ac didn’t work well & was super noisy.

Very nice hotel inside, but the outside appearance needed improvement - hope they're working on that. Staff was very good, and price very reasonable.

Nice clean large room, east parking although some metal work in carpark, sadly the pool was out of action and we could not get a map of the city from reception but nice stay

When I arrived I told the guy I had paid through Hotels.com he took my card and charged me anyway. I didnt know until I got into my room that he double charged me. We do cleaning service at local restaurants all over Oklahoma after hours so we sleep when we can. Because I had to go down to the front desk I missed out on some sleep. I had asked for a late check out but housekeeping started knocking on my door and calling the room at 11 am causing more loss of sleep. I was not impressed with the staff here. Room was clean and quiet.

The amenities were in disrepair my air conditioner didn’t work or barely worked. And it’s still summer in Oklahoma. My curtains had something crusted on them, there were bedbugs. I didn’t feel safe to park my car in the back parking due to the issue of the homeless back there and or drug users. Lastly the morning I was going to check out I went to take a shower and the shower on and off handle broke and I couldn’t get the shower to turn them off and I was just scolding hot water so I didn’t get to take a shower today either and I had to leave dirty because my rooms shower broke…

Property was renovated nicely but had several issues in the room, nothing was resolved. Service is absolutely terrible.

Short staffed but nice once she noticed we were standing there. Had an odd smell

The AC wasn't turned on prior to us getting there so it was so hot and it took a long time for it to finally be comfortable. The area did not feel safe. Man at the desk was friendly.

It was an OK place to stop over, get rested and get going.
