Bricktown Hotel & Extended Stay

Only problem we had was the maid had her girls playing around in our room as we walked up and the door was open and kids were in there and the bed looked like it had be played on and open water in the refrigerator. No guides for tv or dining like other hotels

It was in a bad location, lots of homeless people, people in and out all hours of the night. Smelled like pot everywhere.

I always enjoy staying there, its really nice place.

The staff was great. The room I was out in was clean. The bathroom vanity was broken and shabby. It actually looked like a bad home project. It was not a real vanity.

DONT STAY HERE! FALSE ADVERTISING LISTED!! Dangerously filthy, blood on bedding, dirty pool, NO FREE BREAKFAST, NO GYM,, Access doors locked to building, NO ICE IN BUILDING IN JULY?, FILTHY POOL, no trash cans in room, BEDBUGS!! Horrific. Email Gen Mgr 1st to see if you get responses, or if any amenities are available,, gm.okc268@gmail.com They’ll never respond back to you DO NOT STAY HERE, no response from general manager after 3 emails to them, for over a week TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SAVE YOURSELF & STAY ANYWHERE ELSE!!

We actually cancelled a night at BestWestern and opted for this hotel because it had an outdoor pool. The room was clean and VERY quiet! The bed was comfy for a 1 night stay, the receptionist was very nice.

For the price and just a place to sleep before our greyhound bus the room was just what we needed. Our room was supposed to a non smoking room however when we walked in we were greeted with a face full of smoke. Went to the front desk to change rooms and they did that no problem. No breakfast, weight room was closed and ice machine on our side was broken. However the bed was very comfortable and the room was nice. If I were to travel greyhound again I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Internet service was good. The TV didn't work. Per Expedia breakfast was to be provided, but it wasn't. I had to search for a working ice maker. It was a convenient location and a reasonable price.

No air on when you walk into the room. We are in the middle of july in Oklahoma! Turn the air on cheap bast****** . Wouldnt accommodate with a cooler room or a room where the ac actually worked! Had to be up at 5am and had to leave and find somewhere else to sleep at 12:30am! I couldnt take the heat anymore! There was 1 towel in the bathroom and 1 wash cloth! Pool looked disgusting and no towels down there!!!
