Bricktown Hotel & Extended Stay

Once we checked in then went to our event. We got back to the motel and decided we were unsafe and didn’t feel comfortable staying so we checked out and went to another hotel. We check in then drove around to our room there we got out and there was meth needles and people just hanging out by the door.

The hotel is in the process of being remodeled. The parking lot was a mess. However, not withstanding. The room was roomy, the AC worked like a charm(i had to turn it off because it got too cold), Bathroom was clean, bed was extremely comfortable. I will stay here again if I need to stay in OKC. Friendly staff.

The 3rd room was acceptable. Rooms smelled and were nasty. Lamps shades were badly stained, stains on bedding. All amenities were closed. Pool was half full of rain water and nasty. No intentions that it might have been open. I would never stay here again.

Older Hotel

I would never stay at this hotel again. The staff didn’t know how to check us in. They couldn’t find our reservation- when we showed them our confirmation number. It took her 45 minutes to check us in. The room didn’t have enough towels or blankets. They give you the tiniest and thinnest sheets and covers. And house cleaning doesn’t even knock, they just barge in. We had to run to the door and say “we don’t need anything” because they didn’t have any “do not disturb” signs.

A few hours after check-in during a two-day stay, a German cockroach crawled up on the desk beside me while I was using my computer. I killed it, took a picture, and went to the front desk to explain what happened. The desk clerk did not understand. I showed her the picture. "Oooohh, that's a cockroach." "Yes," I said. "Can I have a new room, please?" "You want a new room? For that?" After calling the manager, who asked me a couple of other questions ("How long ago did you see the roach?"), they gave me a new room and I finished my stay. But I won't ever stay here again.

It sucked no hot water kids screaming and toilet was broken had to move me to another room where there was still no hot water and kids still screamin

The rooms were ok but there was trash in the bathroom. The drawers are missing. The paint job was horrible and such a strong perfume smell in the entire place.

The room was clean and tidy, no complaints here!

Bed sheets were stained. Rooms were small with a musty smell. The property around the hotel was very run down probably not the most safe area.
