Sheets were stained - looked like they had been burnt. Me,beer of staff was rude on arrival and when we asked for a gin and tonic said I don’t have gin - it was right in front of her - and then said we have no lemon

J'ai aimé le cadre duu château ainsi que le parc. J'ai regretté que le restaurant gastronomique du chateau était fermé (manque de personnel) ???

This hotel has gone downhill over the last Two years. Service is not good, furniture has disappeared from the bar which was most unwelcoming and extremely difficult to get someone to serve. We will not be staying here again. Shame.

Snídaně nedostačující. Prostředí zámeckého hotelu dřív jistě bývalo krásné, teď je však hotel i zámecká zahrada velmi zanedbané. Navštívili jsme restauraci, která je součástí hotelu a jídlo bylo až bych řekla nechutné - bez chuti a topilo se v oleji. Za tuto kvalitu byla cena astronomická. Na schodišti v hotelu byl mokrý koberec - zatéká tam ze střechy.

Very little

This hotel was and used to be fantastic, the grounds and kitchen garden were a joy to walk around. But now it’s like a war torn country, no care or attention, new management have ripped the soul away. I was served the worst veal chop I have ever had, over cooked and dry, when I explained the issue, and sent it back, the same piece of meat was served again!! Honestly I think I was taken for a fool. The evening food and accommodation had cost me £450. Please do not stay here, it. is very poor. This review does break my heart, my wife and I have been coming here over the last 28 years, but after tonight never again.
