Location was perfect and room was comfortable and had everything I needed

Wifi was very slow and glitchy so I had to use phone data instead which was not ideal, given I was there for a work event. Bins had not been emptied and bathroom was not 100% clean. Towels and face washers had stains on them which was not great, given they had to last the duration of my stay as rooms not serviced

"Appartment was tidy but carpark was overpriced and very annoying"

Appartment was clean and tidy, check in was super quick.

Elevator was not working to the carpark, which meant it wasn’t a nice trip up and down the stairs to bring bags in. Someone advised us it had been like it for months

The bed was soo comfortable. Best sleep I have had in a while with no pain.

Able to hear the music from Hindley Street. But not a big deal.
