Close to Tram & Royal Adelaide Hospital. Spacious, balcony was nice. Being able to wash my clothes in the room. Kitchen with dishwasher. Spa bath in room. The breakfast voucher was awesome!

Dryer was inefficient & soooo loud. I ran it for 3hrs & my clothes still weren't dry. Shower over bath is always a bit of a safety hazard.

The pool and sauna were a real bonus.

Check in and check out were both very slow. I didn't see anyone book in smoothly. Lots of searching on the computer for lost bookings or not recognising pre payment had been taken etc.
