Oaks Adelaide Horizons Suites

The Oaks horizon is a great place to stay for a trip to Adelaide. Very central and walking distance to most places of interested around the Cbd. It was very clean, The staff very friendly and very accomodating

For us it is the fact the room gets very warm and stuffy, with only a sliding glass door to let air in, but the traffic noise is Problem to leave it open. The air conditions works but keeping it to a even temperature was difficult. Other than that i feel the beds are ln't greatly comfortable and the pillows are either to hard or too soft, so sleeping isnt as great as it could be. Sleeping g on the couch was more comfortable

Okay location, spacious rooms

WiFi poor Checkin friendless. Front door locked. Poor signage. Unwelcoming.

location was great. staff where helpful. the lovely young lady did help where she could.

we booked this hotel in advance. we arrived at the hotel. we were told the lift was out of service. had to use the emergency stairs to access the lobby, without luggage and items. there were construction works at the hotel; it was a very uncomfortable experience at the hotel. my partner tripped and fell down the emergency stairs; it is very unsafe to use the stairs daily. i wish we knew ahead of the lift and works carried out. we would have rather been refunded and stayed at a different place. the room was very run down, dryer over heated. the strips on the flooring where loose and cut my toe on it. not a great experience at all.

Lift to car park didn’t work and still had to pay for parking

Close to the convention centre and CBD.

Unit walls were dusty, and the hot water was not hot. Some maintenance is needed on internal door handles and kitchenette.
