Where do Marriott hiring there people? This hotel staff is rude. They do not speak! I know Marriott standards are better than this. This is each morning I come down. It’s bad enough your hotel is outdated but to have rude staff just unacceptable.

Although the hotel is outdated it was very warm feeling. I had mixed feelings about staying here after talking to Kayla on the phone she has no phone etiquette she short talks everything I asked about the property, I checked in at 8:40 where I was greeted by Alisha she was very sweet the checkin process was great she made sure we were comfortable she was acknowledgeable of the surrounds and recommended a great place to eat, the room that I checked into was a little dated but clean, she explained to me that they would be undergoing renovation soon and apologized. The two night we stayed were great . Thanks again for having us.

I was having a really bad day, I decided to get a room at this location because it’s away and it’s looked peaceful. Upon my arrival I was full of tears I asked the clerk at the desk which I later found out she was the manager were there any rooms available. She stated that they were but when she seen I was a mess she walked around the desk and her words were “ I know we aren’t allowed to touch due to covid but can I hug you, she gave me a huge hug (I seriously needed it) and told me “whatever it is that’s bothering you it always gets better” she helped me with my room. 2 hours into my room she came to my room to check on me and see if I needed anything. Alicia I just want you to know you saved my life that day and you have no idea! The staff was amazing here and I’m so glad I chose this location

I checked in with the rudest manager I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Her name was Alicia. She has absolutely no business in the hospitality industry. The rest of the staff were lovely, I checked out with Gillian who almost made up for her awful managers behavior.

The stay was good. Great location. However, they couldn’t find my reservation and I ended up paying more.

Front desk is nice.

Staff was rude. Never at the front desk. The tub didn’t drain properly.

My room floor was soak and wet and they wouldnt change my room. And they have charged my card for w nights when i only stayed one night and the maintaince guy was very rude. Dont stay there go somewhere else. And there was dead roaches on nathroom floor.

It was a good stay. I was just in town for the night and slept fairly soundly. Elevator smelled like smoke but that can’t be helped sometimes. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and cozy.

The bathrooms and there were stains on the bathroom walls, the tub floor was dirty and stained, around the toilet bowl was stained, bathroom ceiling in both bathrooms were covered in mold. The couch in the living room area was extremely dirty to the point we decided to spread some towels on it before we sat down. I put my dog's food out and within an hour there were bugs crawling all over her bowl. Sofa bed to find a stained, smelly mattress. Within this mattress there was an empty candy wrapper and a dirty pillow case.
