Quality Inn East Stroudsburg - Poconos

I liked the personal attention from the woman at breakfast. She tried to make us feel at home.

I didn't like the noises coming from the bathroom or the pink mold in the toilet. I didn't like that no maid service for the 2nd day and had to go get extra towels and coffee. I didn't like that you could smell cigarettes at the front desk, and shady characters hanging around the doors waiting for the door to open.

I like the location and that is all

So upon arrival I checked in and given the key to my room. I grabbed all my bags as I was traveling alone , unlocked my room door and walked in to a man in the room, went back to the front desk where the gentleman working didn’t seem to have a care in the world and said “oh I see what happened”and gave me another room. Also the whole entire hotel smells like cigarettes .

Proximity to destination

Cleanliness below acceptable floors in room were sticky. Bathroom was atrocious toilet was dirty sink and shower not clean.

This property was undoubtably the WORST, dirty, outdated, and disgusting place I have EVER see . It was so bad that we actually left about 15 minutes after getting to it room and found another hotel.

The entire experience was disgusting There was a junkie in the parking lot and we thought he was going to mug us. There was trash in front of the door to enter the hotel. The door was filthy dirty. The dropped ceiling in the hallway was moldy. Once we got into the room, it felt like a coffin. We even checked the beds for bed bugs. That was the last straw. We left without even demanding our money back.
