"A relaxing stay during the heat wave at Phoenix"

I’m really happy with my stay here compared to other high-end brands in Phoenix. Everyone here has a smile on their face. The front desk staff is especially friendly. After just one night, they already knew my name! They were also very helpful when I called with questions during my stay. I visited the Marriott across the street for brunch, and the staff there felt a bit snobbish, not as friendly as here—more like neighbors you can chat with. A big thanks to Ayla! She responded quickly to my emails when I booked my room, just as fast as a five-star hotel in Southeast Asia. The hotel has a calm and comfortable environment. Even though I checked in during a heatwave with temperatures hitting 48 degrees, my room was spacious and cool, making it hard to want to go outside. Plus, the kitchen was fully equipped, so I enjoyed cooking in my room despite the heat. Wishing everyone good health!

"Great place to stay minus the sales pitch"

Property and amenities were great. Multiple pools, including a shallow one that is very kid friendly. They offer multiple games and attractions for you and the family to take part in. Lots of options for food golf and fun close by.

Its a time share property so when you check in they really push hard for you to listen to their sales pitch. $25 a day for parking seems extreme. Its not in a bad area where you need to worry about someone getting into your car.

We have stayed at this property more times than I can count. It’s very relaxing and chill. The grounds are beautiful and the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s quiet and family oriented and that’s what we love the most.
