This property was fabulous! We stayed as a couple for a trip to get engaged and it was a great mix of relaxation and fun. Really great amenities (the pool and bar/grille were perfect), wonderful gym and beautiful property for both a romantic and family trip.

Very attractive property. Units were very clean, however the coffee maker was pretty poor. Although my unit was nice it was not near to any of the pools or other facilities.

"Great Location!"

First time in Phoenix and prefer Marriott properties – This was my first time staying at a Marriott Vacation Club and turned out to be very nice and convenient. I used this location as a ‘meeting point’ as I took two excursions that offered ‘pick-up’ at this location as I did not rent a car. Worked out great! Even though it was 108-115 degree’s; I was able to hail an Uber to take me a mile to Desert Ridge Shopping Center that has a huge selection of restaurants and shopping if needed. The property does have breakfast and lunch service (NO Room service) and daily specials. If you are a Marriott member; there is a JW Marriot around a 7–8-minute walk you can go to and use their amenities and restaurants if you want. This property is more family-oriented and very pleased with the staff and cleanness of the grounds. Enjoy your stay here.

Room was VERY comfortable and provided everything we required including a patio that overlooked the beautiful grounds. We participated in many activities, such as weight exercises, swimming, basketball, and taco night. to name a few. Felt relaxed and happy,

"Not worth it"

Not worth it- basically a Hampton Inn. No shuttle to the JW Marriott. We were told it was a short walk. Also told we could use the JW Marriott pools, but we couldn’t . It was blacked out for two of our 4 day stay. Wish we would have stayed home.
