Harbour Heights Hotel

Lovely views over Poole Harbour and very friendly and attentive staff

Room, while clean was small and in need of a refurb.

Room seemed to have been recently updated, very nice. Views are brilliant. Easy parking. Room was quiet .

Price .. compared to others is a little hight.

The location is ideal for local places of interest and parking is good.

301 Room was clean welcoming & Fabulous!

Better pillows on the bed , they are much too solid! Mattress much too hard! We did not sleep well At all! Constant door banging all night long ground level! Staff possibly moving between rooms 🤔 Very disappointing to look At the front of the building on arriving, needs some TLC!

The view from the bar and when having breakfast was amazing

The rooms were very tired and they urgently need updating. The curtains were ripped and the furniture is old and damaged. The doors are heavy and the floorboards are creaky. We were woken up at 6am due to the banging of doors and floorboards above our room. For the money we paid these rooms are unacceptable and not a 4 star hotel standard
