Harbour Heights Hotel

Fantastic views really nice room. Excellent food and wonderful views

Around 1900 we went to the restaurant we were met by a young waitress who said the restaurant was full and that we could not be accommodated for dinner. We were quite shocked as it was clearly not full. We said can we wait she said no. She told us to try the sister hotel the ? Haven. We walked away and ordered a glass of wine from the bar while we decided what to do. We sat close to recreation’s observed although it was fairly busy there were empty tables. After about 15 minutes she came to our table and asked if were resident. We replied yes. She said she misunderstood us and that as we were resident we could have dinner. Thankfully we were not served by her. A tall French waiter served us and we had a great meal and fantastic service.

Stayed 1 night with my adult daughter & we found all the staff to be very professional and friendly. The views are stunning and our room was extremely clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. Plenty of free on site parking. Recommend!

Firstly, the guy receptionist ( I forgot his name but he was the one with the glasses, very neat looking and feminine) that welcomed us when we arrived was very friendly and welcoming. Secondly,I'm very much happy with the room that we got at the hotel. I was expecting a car park view, as that was what mentionef from the email, but instead, we got a room with a view facing the terrace and the harbour which was perfect for my birthday weekend! Massive thank you for this! I really do appreciate the birthday greeting card and the chocolate treats and you giving us a nice room with a view at the top floor. Very strong wifi connection. Also, I really like the ambiance and cleanliness of the room and the fact that whenever we return to our room after a day's activities, it was already clean and tidied up! Another favorite thing of mine is that the bathroom have a spa bath! It was like a jacuzzi and my partner and I really enjoyed using it! It was so relaxing! The restaurant is really posh and clean and they had very tasty food! The breakfast was really good too! Furthermore, all the touristy spots are very walkable and the sandbanks beach is so near! Overall, the location and the hotel was superb!

Nothing major, but I just noticed that there was no toothbrush or toothpaste on the list of toiletries in the room. I hope you include those next time. Also, the menu list in the restaurant for lunch and dinner has limited options- but the food you served were really good! Overall, the whole experience was very memorable and I felt satisfied with my stay.

Lovely friendly staff. Matt at reception was fabulous and really helpful. Nice breakfast and a beautiful location. The room was clean and very spacious. No complaints. The view wasn’t great but we only paid for a basic room so that was to be expected

The hotel is a little dated and tired looking. The dining room was really cold in the morning but all in all a nice stay

We went for a meal with friends on Saturday evening and had a lovely meal which surpassed our expectations. The staff were charming and courteous. Only criticism is the lighting and the tables in the dinning room were quite basic and gave a canteen vibe.
