Harbour Heights Hotel

Harbour view and location, disabled parking, well-appointed bathroom

The bedroom wooden furniture was tired and in poor condition. The uncooked breakfast offering was poor - there are several bakeries in the area which could have been sourced for something other than "routine" bread, the selection of dried fruits and nuts was limited. The pictures on the walls and in the bedroom were uninspiring or frankly depressing (golden brown sausages).

The rooms are are lovely - spacious and comfortable with super bathrooms. The outdoor terrace is superb with incredible views, as is the indoor dining. Breakfast had a good selection, all fresh and we particularly liked the choice of freshly cooked breakfast choices.

The bar staff and service on an evening was slow and they were quite rude. Outdoor dining should be an option, even with a limited menu.

But dated and overpriced

Hafbour Heights Hotel Poole is one of the few hotels to have mastered the ability of making customers feel as if they are family. Good humour friendliness and professional ability make this a hotel which enhances ones life. From reception to the chefs the standard is exceptional.
