It was icy in Texas , the manager made sure that each entrance was safe . he used shovel to clear the solid ice entrance. he was very helpful with our needs. He was also very friendly. There was no complimentary breakfast. All the restaurant in the area were closed for couple days.

No complaints. Things were fine. Hope to be helped in the future

It was so so but given the dollar amount paid, I have no complaints. Just needed a place to lay my head for the night.

This place looks closed and abandoned. Front entrance looks like the gateway to Hell. Once you walk through entrance if you dare, You are greeted by a barefooted Indian dude who could be a closet Mumble Rapper. No matter how close you lean into the dirty lobby glass you cannot understand what rhymes he is spitting. Reminds me of the Twilight Zone. Had to sleep with one Eye Open just in case the Boggie Man showed up. Save your money and sleep in your car. You would be much safer.

For the price- point, the property is average, and a facelift, which in fact, is in progress. Most importantly, management went above and beyond to accommodate me in any, and every capacity seeing that I am an east coast transplant learning a small town, during a pandemic. While it may not be a Hilton group, I’m totally elated to meet such an upstanding management team.

On the plus, clean room, good late arrival, quiet. On the minus, no coffee filters for in room coffee maker.

The staff was nice but the toilet had pee on ti and the carpet was torn in several places the bed was not real comfortable but it was a place to just take a break from the hwy but wont book here again

Large clean room with updated bathroom, cold air conditioner. Off I-20.

You didn't specify the animal charge on hotels so the extra cost was rather annoying.
