Bedfort Inn & Suites

Over all great stay. There was some type of spill in the bathroom behind the door in the bathroom. It was easily wiped up with a towel. The restaurant server Grace and he husband were very accommodating for my breakfast as a vegetarian. Front staff were friendly too

The room was clean and tidy and nice that it had a fridge. Bathroom was clean with fresh towels and good water preassure in the shower. Both door locks in the room were broken, the lobby carpets need replacing, elevator didn't work properly, staff weren't very freindly, breakfast was extremely unsatisfactory eggs not fully cooked, not many choices for drinks, was told we would get ham and pancakes but got toast and sausages instead. Would have been better if the room had a microwave.

it was all great...service, area, clean.. The condition was okay..some leakage in bathroom,, but they did offer to change my room, but because i was already in there,,and too tired, and had to go early next day i didn't change room.. like before, i would go back again.

Neighbourhood seems dangerous . Lots of garbage in the building

Not any decent restaurants around the property. this picture to the left is outdated. Shady area at night

after check in i had received a phone call 30 min later to see if everything was okay.During check in friendly smile. Complementary breakfast was nice.

My stay was very comfortable and relaxing, the receptionist at the front desk was very friendly and the hospitality was great. I will stay there again next time I visit.

Close to mall which is good, no microwave had to pay extra if you require, room is dusty.

No water on chcek in No breakfast given both days and very rude behavior of staff no compensation for this problem as and behavioral

It is the worst hotel experience ever. There was no water supply in the hotel, the restaurant staff did not serve breakfast to us, the smell of marijuana inside the hotel etc.
