Bedfort Inn & Suites

The room was good, clean and upgraded with a nice bathroom, included basic breakfast which was nice. The only things I didn't like was the WIFI was painfully slow 1.5 Mb and the front driveway was terrible, full of potholes and when it rained it turned into a lake. Over all for the price it was good.

Staff were so helpful and friendly. Room was clean, breakfast was just okay. Building is worn and could use some upgrades but the price was right so over all okay. The area isn't the greatest and didn't venture out in the evening.

A bare essential hotel for extremely affordable nightly price. Had everything we needed without extra frills and higher pricing. Looks like it's in a shady area but I accidentally left my sunroof completely open overnight without incident. Free hot breakfast included and free parking. Restaurant and cleaning staff were exceptionally friendly.

Stinks, carpet dirty. Smells bad. Carpet floor bad smell.

i found my check in exremely satisfying, the front desk worker had remembered me from before was very polite. All in all it was a great stay. thank you.

I was a bit concerned about parking overnight outside the hotel but I parked out front of the lobby in the business parking lot and all was fine. There was a security guard on the lobby and he said it was okay to park there overnight. We had a top floor room facing the front and my wife and I thought it was good...clean, comfortable, view of the main street and the door was in good condition. Even got a bottle of water and bag of chips each upon check in. The included breakfast was cooked to order and very good. Only complaint was that the over easy eggs were cold and raw in the middle. I wouldn't think that is the norm. The best part of the stay was the front desk receptionist, Liljana. She was a delight to talk to and very helpful. I drove almost to Saskatoon before I realized that I'd left my travelling papers back in the room. A phone call to Liljana confirmed this. Because I had no FedEx account they couldn't be forwarded to me. Liljana phoned back and offered to scan them all to me but upon arriving at Saskatoon I managed to get on the computer and retrieve the ones I needed before my return back thru Edmonton. I would definitely stay at Howard Johnson Edmonton again. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

Very pleasant staff especially Lilliana. Rooms are clean, hot breakfast was very good. Only problem is entering area is flooded and the city is taking long time to repair. Lobby is not great can make it better. West Edmonton mall is close by 10 minutes. Downtown is 15 minutes on the other side. Good location.

The hotel is old but quite and clean, just what you need. Breakfast was great, not cereals in a box but a real hot meal in the restaurant and the lady cooking is awesome. Staff was great. I will come back if the need arises.

when I was sleeping people whould talk loud in the hallway
