Absolutely great property and an amazing experience. Service was top notch. Only areas of improvement are the alcoholic drinks were extremely watered down and the hot water in the rooms (shower) was pretty nonexistent. Overall I would highly recommend the property

The grounds are beautiful and the staff is top notch!! Have stayed 2 times and will likely be back for a 3rd visit in the future.

Great service

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff were extremely friendly and attentive and the layout of our room was beautiful—spacious and comfortable. Loved the massive shower which had a waterfall shower head and the chaise on our balcony. The food exceeded our expectations with a great variety and quality. I’m gluten free and had plenty of options each meal ! The beach was a bit of a downside—it was rocky and had quite a bit of seaweed due to the time of year but that didn’t stop us from swimming and enjoying the ocean. I will note that it wasn’t super busy so we enjoyed the privacy and the staff work extremely hard to keep the seaweed at bay ! Just something to keep in mind if you’re a beach lover. The rooms weren’t very soundproof, so we could hear noise from nearby areas at times, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker for us. One of the highlights was that our package included excursions and transportation, which made things super convenient and added great value to the trip. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this resort for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with great service and food. I’d say that even with some of the cons, the staff alone is enough to make us return again !!

hotel was nice....food was terrible

the complex is beautiful, and the service is amazing. I wish the concierge at the Suites was available more. Each time i was there to speak to them the desk was empty. the food was good and the 24-hour room service was valuable as I needed to leave complex for scuba diving 3 mornings before the breakfast buffet opened.

Better food please

The property was beautiful, our room was nice and bed was really comfortable. The staff were all extremely kind and helpful. The only negatives would be the food and updates for the hotel. The food was ok, but not great and not many options for room service either. The balconies could use some updating, especially the railing that is by the swim up pool. It was loose and could tell it needed some updating. Overall, my husband and I would stay again, but hopefully the food will be better.

This property was beyond amazing, everyone was nice and friendly, the rooms were spectacular and service even better! The food and drinks were 10/10. They made my 35th birthday one to remember!
