A wonderful 9 day stay.. the entire staff was extremely nice .. the place was perfect if every way.. i worked absolutely book again

Mi estadía fue muy satisfactoria, es un hotel relativamente pequeño, pero tiene mucha variedad en comida para elegir y toda de excelente calidad al igual que las bebidas, para la época de sargazo limpian la playa todos los días por lo que está muy bonita, el agua calientita y transparente. El staff amable y resolutivo además de que el paquete “more inclusive” nos dio la oportunidad de hacer snorkeling y dar un paseo en catamaran y conocer la playa Maroma, una de las más bonitas en donde he estado.

There’s no place on the property for currency exchange and they refused to accept Canadian dollars. Aside from this minor inconvenience the property, staff and amenities were amazing!

The property is beautiful, with great amenities , but what made it even more special was the staff. Since arrival we were treated like vips, the staff was helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and always with a smile. For sure we will be returning to El Dorado asesore.

This property was beautiful, the staff was so friendly and fun. We came during slow season (May) so some restaurants that said was open were actually closed. No swimmable beach if that’s your thing. We did the catamaran excursion that’s included with your stay and it was awesome.

This place is honestly ridiculous. There are very few places to eat, and the hours listed on the app are completely inaccurate. We tried to get breakfast at a spot that claimed to serve à la carte breakfast, only to be told in person that they were only serving lunch. While everything is within walking distance, the lack of dining options is incredibly frustrating. The food overall is mediocre at best. The buffet is subpar whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The only decent meal we had was at the Driftwood restaurant near the seaside swim-ups. Our swim-up pool was fairly dirty, and we didn’t even get to enjoy it. Of course, the beach in Mexico is always beautiful, which was one of the few highlights. The staff at the resort are friendly and helpful, but there’s a serious lack of communication about what’s open, what’s available, and what events are happening. For a resort that markets itself as a luxury experience, the disorganization and lack of transparency were really disappointing. The staff deserves a five star rating though.
