Juniper Springs Resort

Had a great experience! We had booked a 1 Bedroom condo for 3 days, and the TVs in the room had some technical difficulties which could not be fixed. Georgia, the manager, upgraded us to a 2 bed condo and took us on a tour of the available rooms so that my kids could choose the room. She also followed up multiple times about how we were doing. All in all, had a great time and will definitely return here for any future mammoth trips.

The hotel lobby manager provided excellent service. He gave me a fantastic balcony with stunning views of Mammoth Mountain. My three girlfriends and I had an unforgettable time here, and I will definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.❤️

The resort and staff were excellent. The staff were very welcoming and helpful from checkin to checkout. Special thanks to the front desk staff Georgia, Dayton, and Mario and to Alex in maintenance for the great customer service. We will definitely be back to stay st Juniper Springs again!

We had a wonderful time at Juniper Springs! The location was perfect for late views of the mountains as the sun goes down. The room was large and spacious with a lovely fireplace. The enclosed parking was very nice to keep the car above freezing temperatures. The front desk supervisor Georgia was incredibly kind and made us feel right at home at the very beginning of our stay.

This resort is very well located right next to the chair lifts. And the views are the best in town. Kevin at the front desk always goes above and beyond to help us. We always ask for him now when booking. He fulfills every request each time we stay here. He knows this property very well along with getting around town and great recommendations. We look forward for our trips each year!!

I stayed at Juniper Springs Resort in both February and March 2026. During both stays the staff was very friendly, efficient, and provided excellent service, right down to providing brighter lightbulbs for the suite. I expect to again stay at Juniper Springs next season. I have stayed at Juniper Springs many times over the past couple of decades and never been disappointed with the resort. The resort is the closest to the lift as any at Mammoth Mountain. The suites are comfortable, with full sized fridges, standard stove/ovens, microwave, toaster, dishes, etc. Also close to a shuttle system that keeps improving. I parked my car in underground parking when I arrived and didn't move it until I checked out at the end of the week.

Let me tell you about he experience we had with the front desk assistant manager, K. Seymour. From the moment we arrived he was pleasant, attentive, and helpful. He went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Because of him we are on our way back up now!

My husband & I came in for a quick turn around trip to Mammoth Lakes and stayed here for 1 night and it was amazing! We usually stay at Airbnbs when we come up but after staying at Juniper Springs we might be converted! We got a king room with a balcony and it has all the amenities that a condo does (kitchen, spacious living area, fireplace, balcony) but with all the amenities of a hotel too! We checked in late but had the best customer service from Georgia and Dayton! Will definitely be back!
