Juniper Springs Resort

Location

Condo is visibly worn out. Not good for winter sports. Having two bedrooms, apparently for at least 4 people not enough space for winter clothes, ski boots, etc. Bathroom with big tub is not equipped with any handles and prone to potential slid. Sofas in living room are old.

The service overall was incredible. The rooms were impeccable. And the support and service that Ricardo provided us were very good. We will definitely return on another trip.

The location is very ideal, next to lift. We got one of the studio and it was roomy, even has a full kitchen and separate living space. A little dated but clean. What stood out the most was the staff, especially Lannie and Dayton, they were the utmost professional. Lannie even provided directions and events so we would be able to plan our weekend accordingly. They went above and beyond to just helping us check in but made sure we maximize our trip.

The hotel is a really nice place to stay with family and to experience a cozy atmosphere. The staff are really nice and helpful always.

The location is really good and everyone is really friendly and helpful, I would totally recommend this place to my friends and I would love to come more often.

Loved staying here! The hotel has such a cozy vibe and just feels really comfortable from the moment you walk in. The service was amazing—Ricardo and Erin were both super nice and really made us feel taken care of the whole time. The rooms are huge, super clean, and really comfortable, which made the stay even better. Definitely recommend this place for your next trip. Would 100% stay here again!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, everything felt super cozy and welcoming. The service is perfect—they truly make you feel at home. We especially want to highlight Ricardo, who was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. His hospitality really made a difference in our experience. The rooms are very spacious, extremely comfortable, and spotlessly clean, which we truly appreciated. We highly recommend this hotel for your next trip. We have been going to Juniper Spring Reosrts for about 28 years. February trip and March trip, Front Desk Manager Kevin was exceptional in his suppot, Freindliness, knowledge of resort, mountain and working to make our stay perfect. He made sure we got the building we always use....provided us with an exceptional condo.....and filled all our needs when reqested. Kevin is a true gem among Juniper Spring Resorts employees. He cares about his job,..lkoves his job and takes care of customers. Thank you for that!!!
