The staff was fantastic-- obviously the location is great-

The kitchen was illequipped-- HOT PADS are a safety issue -there were NONE, foil is a basic item should be provided as is olive oil-- The TV in the main room was from 1980- it was not a smart TV -that costs $300 to fix-- we ended up having to spend more time in the resort than we usually do - so these things mattered i have stayed in the adjacent condos many times so that was the quality i was expecting- this fell very short

This was at least the fourth time I've stayed here. It's my go-to place at Mammoth. It is so convenient. We've always gotten a decent condo. There are two buildings. The "front" is Juniper Springs proper and it's only a few steps from your ski locker to the lift. That said, my favorite is the "back" building, Sunstone, which tends to be quieter and you literally grab you skis, put them on, and go. Front desk staff was very helpful providing suggestions for where to ski.

I recently spent a week at Juniper Springs on a vacation ski trip with my girlfriend. We both had an amazing time, the room was awesome, clean, comfortable, well equipped for staying in and cooking! All of the staff was very friendly and ready to help with anything at any given time. Kevin was great helping arrange our stay thank you! Our ski club just returned from what has become our annual Mammoth ski trip. We had 60 people in 15 two bedroom condos in the Sunstone Lodge. Everything was perfect for ski in - ski out to chair 15 and the Eagle Lodge…one underground parking spot for each condo, but plenty of overflow parking in the Eagle Lodge lot. Beautiful, spacious condos with full, well appointed kitchens. Nice pool and jacuzzi area with two shared use BBQs. Easy, free public transportation helps access all of the Mammoth area 24 hrs per day…this is important, especially if the weather makes you want to park your vehicle and not have to move it!

Good environment and staff. Really close to the Eagles Landing chair lift so easy access to the mountain.

Great location given that it’s ski in and ski out! Makes it even more convenient for apres when the bus stop is right in front of the resort. Amenities were also amazing, having the access to the hot tub as well as the private shuttle made this place even better. But what made this place really stand out was the service. The staff, especially Georgia, made the experience go from an amazing to a full on “wow”. She really went above and beyond to accommodate my group’s request. The definition of great customer service 🥹🥹 Thank you so much for having us!! Despite the slushy snow we had this season, our stay here made this trip a memorable one. Will definitely come back again! 🙏

Amazing views, welcoming staff, clean, quiet, relaxing. Easy location to access, parking is inside which is a plus. Rooms are clean and spacious. Definitely money well spent staying here. And they even have a free personal shuttle service in the evening most nights.

The customer service was great and everything was clean.
