Club Wyndham Smoky Mountains

This place was so very clean! Highly recommend!!!

Very nice and clean and friendly staff easy check in.

Staff was fantastic-helpful in every way. Unit was comfortable. We had some water heater issues and they were there right away and took care of it! Outdoor pools were open and heated and that was a plus for our family! It was a great place to stay!

We did not want to be right in the middle of crowds and this spot was fantastic. We were close enough to drive to everything we wanted to do without feeling crowded in. The resort would send text updates if elevators were going to be worked, if pool towels were low, and when a bear was spotted we were alerted. We did not take advantage of the activities at the resort, other than the hot tub and pool tables which were great.

We visited Sevierville, TN and stayed at The Club Wyndham Smoky Mountains Resort. We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. The location was perfect, the staff professional and responsive, and the resort had excellent amenities.

Great stay! Very accommodating due to a emergency on our part. Lots of daily social activities, great pools & hot tubs!

Great resort and bang for the buck. Enjoyed my stay and was very comfortable in the unit. Was not happy with my original room and management quickly found me a room with better light and a great view. Highly recommended.

Had to walk outside to pool, we went in February so a little cold going back to room
