Club Wyndham Smoky Mountains

Decent resort…the room wasn’t cleaned very well as there was still hair and dirt on the floor. The walls are paper thin as I was able to hear the people next door and upstairs. Overall, it was a pleasant stay… The resort is in a convenient location

We were very pleased with our stay. The accommodations were clean and had everything we needed. It was nice to be so close to the things we did. We will definitely stay here again.

Maybe they just treat people with time shares worse than other guests, but our stay was terrible. First off, we arrived to our dishwasher beeping non stop. Only way to stop it was to run it with nothing inside (which seemed kinda dumb) next, we arrived to no shower curtain and crumbs still on the floor from the previous guest, our hairdryer didn't work and when I asked them to replace it they didn't, so I had to deal with a loud screeching noise when I wanted to do my hair. Best part (besides the walls so thin I could hear everything) our fridge didn't work!. They also really pressured my husband for about a half hour to go to some time share seminar which he made it very clear was a no go.

It was so friendly! It was comfortable to talk to the staff and it felt really good to relax and enjoy a nice and clean room. I will definitely be coming back for more stays in the future.

We did no damage but, they do require a damage deposit up front for your stay. We made sure everything was cleaned and that nothing got damaged. I think they should require a damage deposit if something does get damaged.

Had a wonderful stay and would stay again. One big issue would be that the resort is located on both sides of a very busy highway and is dangerous for both people and vehicles to cross the street.

The staff was very nice. The units were clean. The check in was easy. There's lots to do not far from the resort.

Our unit was toward the back. Very peaceful. Access to local activities was very convenient. Rooms were as advertised with everything you might need.

Great location near all the attractions in Pigeon Forge. Friendly staff. Good pool and hot tub. Very clean and plenty of parking

Resort was beautiful and clean, we had everything we needed. The game room had a pool table and ping pong, it overlooked the pool and had a great view of the mountains. The resort was close to the trolley stop that gets you to gaitlinburg and Pigeon Forge .

There’s lots of space in this room and it is well stocked, but not enough hot water to fill the Jacuzzi tub
