Club Wyndham Smoky Mountains

Club Wyndham Smokey Mountains was a lovely place to stay with top notch (gold star) accommodations. Their two pools and putt putt was a big hit with our family. They are located close to Dollywood and other local attractions. We loved the Titanic Museum, Cades Cove, Roaring Fork and Dollywood. The Local Goat and Roma Table were two great restaurants nearby...farm to table and delicious!

Excellent facilities and rooms. There are two sides of the road, the “Elkmont” side has the rec room and bigger gym/pool. Both have great outdoor pools, a hot tub and sauna if that’s your thing.

A huge property!! Staff was accommodating to our mobility issues. That was very much appreciated. Unit was spacious and clean. Could have used more kitchen cooking pans/bakeware as we usually eat a few meals in. Everything in working order. Close to scenic mountains. My only issue is with pushy RCI meetings.

Off the main road so a little easier to take the back road to get around. The small condo was very comfortable, clean and bed was just right. We were so busy sightseeing we didn’t have time to use any of the amenities of the place. Would go back again.

The rooms were very old and not clean when I arrived. I complained and they were kind and gave me another room. The new room was still not as clean as should have been so I called to have the housekeeper come back and clean the dirt that was in the kitchen sink. When I went to take a shower that evening there was hair in the shower and on the sink so I just went to local Walmart and got an all purpose cleaner and cleaned it myself. This was definitely not the type of accommodations That we are use to having as owners of another vacation resort. The cleaning people need to do a better job of cleaning the rooms. I was very dissatisfied and took several pictures. The staff was kind and tried to accommodate. Based on my experience I will not be returning.

This place is a total JOKE! First, I do not believe that this place is a Wyndham. If so WOW! Wyndham has certainly become a 1-star resort. The pool looked huge on the booking site and when we arrived, we found out that you have to drive across the street (5 lanes of traffic) if you want to use the pool area OR you could use the VERY small (only 30 people) can fit in it pool on our side. There were flower baskets that looked to have Christmas Decorations in them still (I attached the photos). They had 1 gas grill for all of the of the patrons to use! Ridiculous so we could not grill our food due to everyone lining up to try and use it. The landscaping was terrible; we had to listen to loud traffic at night due to being right next to the 5-lane road. Opened the patio door to see the beautiful scenery which ended up being the 5-lane road and a tree. If you wanted a towel to use in the little, tiny pool area, you had to walk to the front desk to receive one AND they made you return it after you left the pool. My daughter asked for 6 towels for all 6 of us and the employee had the audacity to ask her "Are you sure you need all 6 towels"? The worker had one speed which was that of a sloth! LAZY! We never saw workers only those blood suckers in the main office wanting you to become a property owner. My daughters were excited to at least get a Starbucks that they state is on the premises only to be told at the front desk that they had to pay for the mix and could use the machine that was there. NO STARBUCKS!! The carpet has stains all over it, there is NO movie choices on the TV, NO Smart TV either to cast movies on. The website makes it sound and look online as if it is the best resort to stay at. NOT! STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESORT! If you are an owner here, you should really check and see where the "maintenance fees" are going because it sure isn't going to take care of the resort! Our trip was ruined, and we left early. The only time we enjoyed the trip was when we would go out and leave the resort to do activities. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY NOR A VACATION with this place!

Awesome location in quiet part of Sevierville. Close to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Dollywood. Great service and clean rooms.

DO NOT GO to any Club Wyndam Resort and go to a "meeting". DO NOT buy into this company at all as it is just a money pit. Unfortunately, my mom and I got suckered into it and since her death six months ago, I've been trying to get out of it. They say it is stress free and easy on their "Certified Exit" website but it is not. I just found out today that I have to wait an additional 20 weeks for Certified Exit process all the while still having to pay maintenance fees that I cannot use my points for. Any way to screw over a customer!!! DO NOT GET SUCKERED INTO THIS COMPANY!!! RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!
