Club Wyndham Smoky Mountains

Great place to stay with the kids. Plenty of things to do on the resort and close by. I only wish I got a 3 bedroom to comfortably sleep 6.

We had a great stay for a week at Club Wyndham Smoky Mountains. We had a 3 bedroom unit in building 24 which had a nice view from the patio. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The beds and furniture were comfortable and in good condition. The bathrooms are large and plenty of space for two people to get ready at the same time. We went to the pool and it was nice and had a hot tub. The activity center also has pool tables and ping pong. The location is very convenient and within minutes of all the Smokey’s have to offer. The only thing is, the main road Collier Drive goes through each side of the Club Wyndham property. The exits for both sides are difficult to make a left onto Collier because of heavy traffic.

Very nice resort rooms were very large and spacious. The room we had did not have a view of the mountains just mud from construction. Would recommend if you want a view of the mountains you need to get a room as far up the mountain as you can and at least the third floor the fourth floor would be better.

First time staying at this particular Wyndham property, we were glad we did. It was a very nice unit, large enough for several people. Clean and comfortable beds. So close and centrally located to about anything you would need. Walmart at the end of the road, Tanger Outlet 5 minutes, Pigeon Forge restaurants & attractions 10 min away.

Everything was great but did find a roach in the room and notified the hotel and was promised a gift card for our troubles. Other than that it was a lovely experience

The property has a very convenient location. It is very nice and quiet. I have already scheduled another vacation at this property.

Excellent resort staff. They were so kind and responded quickly when we called them for assistance. Our unit was in the upgraded section and everything was excellent. The beds were so comfortable. The view was perfect from our balcony. The resort is located close to great restaurants, shopping, and activities. Parking was always available by our unit. The exterior resort grounds is very well maintained. Our unit was exceptionally clean. Seating was comfortable. WIFI connection was great our entire stay. Loved Joann at the front check in desk! She’s a shining star at the resort and her kindness is so appreciated! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Absolutely amazing stay. Highly recommended.

I knew it would be a different experience when I walked in. I was greeted by a group of people. The front desk, a concierge and most important- the popcorn person. During my stay, I was offered coffee, popcorn, hot cocoa, laundry and dishwasher items. Need something, just text. Clean towels? No problem. Have a problem with a staff member? The management cared. Over all, this was a kind, caring place. As for our room. It was nice to have something modern. There was stackable laundry machines. We were close to the reception and pool area. No traffic sounds. The place is centrally located. So, yes I really enjoyed my stay. They made me feel welcome.

We loved every minute of our stay with the exception of the storms that shut the pools down. The only downfall that we experienced I would say were the bedding. The pillows were very soft and we would have appreciated a few blankets. To use on the chilly mornings or while watching tv.
