Club Wyndham Smoky Mountains

Very spacious apartment with two bedrooms and bathroom. Large kitchen area with additional storage for food etc. Sleeps 6 with pull out sofa all bedding and beds were awesome. There pools, hot tub, miniature golf all on the property.well maintained. Near restaurants, Walmart and shopping.

Our condo was amazing. It had been recently updated and everything was excellent. It was furnished with everything you could need, whether it was cooking, doing laundry, or just relaxing, you had what you needed. The staff was attentive and friendly. They did pressure you to attend a sales meeting, and tempted you with free tickets to a show, but you could refuse. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Love this place but they badger you! Even followed us out to my car. Told us if we did not attend a meeting, we would not be able to make reservations anymore. We attended one meeting and we were told there was no money involved. But, after a speech the only wanted about 10,000.00 dollars. We will never go to any meeting again. So, they lie and badger!! Beautiful place and area but of all the things I thing about the most are thee badgering and lies.

Nice resort, only problems there were no manual in the unit about the television channels. Tv channels hard to figure out which one you wanted to watch. No instructions on what to do in the unit the day you left.

The resort had everything we could ask for. The rooms were spacious and comfy. The pool are was clean and user friendly. We actually did the 90 minute presentation and while we only were looking for updates they were very understanding and courteous when we opted not to buy any points or more ownership options.

We visited the area two years ago staying here for the first time. We were again very pleased all around! The location is great for those visiting the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area with plenty to see and do within a few miles. Also we LOVE the outdoor pool and poolside activities (“swim in” movies, family-friendly karaoke, cannonball contest, and so on). The rooms are very comfortable for our family of five and the kitchen space is well-equipped and suited for multiple in-room meals (which was our intention). The beds were comfortable and even the kids enjoyed trying out the jet tub ☺️

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! Friendly staff, great amenities, clean, comfortable, convenient. I was accompanied by my best friends for High School it was relaxing and calm. We stayed for 5 days EVERYTHING WAS ON POINT!!! Absolutely no complaints!!! LOVED IT!!! Good old fashion southern hospitality!!

A must do vacation for everyone to include children. Much to do and see; plenty of shopping, entertainment, and dining of all and any type wanted. The accommodations were excellent and comfortable.

Nice clean and comfy condo. Washer/dryer was stocked with enough washing powder for 2 loads of clothes. Plenty towels and soap/shampoo in bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking drip coffee maker with 2 day supply of coffee and it taste good too. Only had 1 issue it was with check in, Joanne made it very stressful process took 2 hours. Hate to give a bad review because of one person because rest of staff was very friendly and helpful.

All in all, we had a great stay, and we were comfortable. We trade our timeshare to visit a different state every year and we have been doing this for a while. We enjoy it and it gets us out there to see our country. The first thing I do when we arrive is look over the unit we are staying in (typically a 2 or 3-bedroom condo/unit). This one was a two-bedroom condo/unit. I did my usual walk through. It was mostly clean, but I did notice a few things. I don’t like to be super picky because I know cleaning is a lot of work, but a couple things stood out to me that sort of turned me off. I found nail clippings on the outside balcony, hairs in our garden tub in the master suite (quite a few and they were very noticeable), and some leftover toothpaste in the master suite sink (one of them). The unit itself was super comfy, we had everything we needed. It does need quite a bit of updating and a good scrubbing (spills on walls and cupboards, and the floors could use a good shampoo); not a deal breaker for us but worth noting. We were super pleased with the location. We were close to everything we wanted to visit.
