"Old, stained carpets, bed and linens. Burn holes in couch. Bad Oder. Left."

Staff at the desk did apologize and ask if he could show us another room.

Super old, smelled, stained carpets, linens & tub. I couldn’t stay with my family and left.

Staff was awkward at check in, room was dirty and had old can of dog food in the fridge. Bed was a place to put your head but that’s it. No thermostat control in the room. Would choose something else over this anytime.

"Good choice near SYR airport."

I stayed at this hotel for a weekend. The room was large since it was an extended stay and clean and comfortable. The hotel is one of the few in the area that has an airport shuttle, and it was reliable. The airport is very small and doesn't have many flights at odd hours, but the rooms was quiet during sleep hours. There are several fast food places (McDonald's, Taco Bell, Sonic) across a busy street from the hotel. I overlapped with a major university event and experienced surge pricing common to all college towns. I would stay here again for the right price.

The room was so rundown and dirty. Mold in the shower. Never cleaned under the sink. It smelled funky. The smallest TV if seen in a hotel since the 80s. Out of parking every night. I cannot believe this is an IHG property.
