The bathtub had a large crack running down the middle. The shower curtain had cut outs.at the bottom so water could get on the floor.

Did not work in our room area. Light shuts off in the bathroom. Even went in the shower. Dirty rug front desk not helpful. Since the phone did not work we could not get a wake up call and we're told someone would knock on our door but they did not.
