The staff I dealt with was kind, friendly, helpful and went above and beyond when I was checking in.

Personally I don’t like that there is no coffee pots in the room. I don’t want to have to get dress and go downstairs to get coffee. Especially. When your on the 3 or 4 th floor having to wait for the one elevator. Put the coffee pots back !

Thankfully this was a business trip - in town to work at the State Fair and this is one of the only nearby hotels offering government rate so basically stuck choosing this hotel. If I had used my own money here, I would have walked right out. I got the very last parking spot, with several other vehicles circling around looking for more, so there’s definitely not enough parking. There wasn’t any water left in any vending machines on premise (luckily brought my own, but others in lobby were complaining about it). My room was the first off the lobby. Super noisy. No cover over the peep hole. Room was so outdated, back of the desk chair looked like a cat went to town on it. Dirty fingerprints on the wall above the toilet. Back of the bathroom door covered in nicotine stains (at least I hope that’s what it was!). Bathroom reeked of urine/sour locker room (probably the shower curtain?). Bathroom sink cracked/stained. Walls in room covered in scuffs. Room phone did not work and all the buttons were missing. It just felt so super skeevy here. I almost would have rather slept in my car. Thankfully I just went there to shower and sleep and my stay was literally only six hours. I will never come back here again. Yikes.

Would likely give a 2.5 if possible.....CLEAN and STAFF SOLID!!!....Otherwise hoping it is in remodel or newly built mode as rooms lacking accessories....Since no "containers" old school soap and bottles and soap is TINY. Requested extra pillows and towels in advance and did not happen. Rooms are tight. Kitchen could use more supplies for an extended stay. Be aware on pull in as signs were not up and easy to miss entrance. AC is old school window/wall unit and CRANKS in a good way!!

Room needs major updates. Cabinets damaged, carpet old & dirty, chip & cracker crumbs on floor, piece of tape with small curly hairs on the counter. Mold and dirt on upper ledge in shower.

Looks to be in transition. No sign on the road to show the entrance. Exterior is being painted. Room as clean, but sparsely furnished, and needs paint. Deadbolt door lock did not work.

Check in was easy and stuff was nice. But when we got to the room it smelled horrible, like a wet dog. Bed was clean but everything else felt and looked dirty
