The refrigerator ice maker was working all night on its own and dumping ice all in the freezer.

Nice , quite friendly staff .

It was close to the airport.

This hotel is really worn down. The room smelled musty, the walls were stained, it was hard to find a power outlet and the dishes in the kitchen were stained. I will never stay there again.

Only been here 45 minutes and already leaving this review. I would find a different hotel but I’ve got an exhausted kid who is already asleep. Smoke alarm is hanging off the wall. Front desk guy was dismissive about it and more worried about how the room smelled. Told me they were “renovating”. Venetian blinds are dark grey instead of beige because of filth. Found a spider in the bed. The leather chair looks like it was attached by a cat. Sign ripped off the inside of the door with the glue still there. Bathroom fan sounds like a plane taking off. Theres a large sticky spot in the carpet by the bed. Edited to add: I contacted IHG directly by using their chat feature. They created a case number for me and told me they also would contact the manager directly. The front desk staff the next morning were kind and helpful. I did get a full refund via email from the manager. So I appreciate them making it right, but I still would not recommend staying there.

It was a great location for a decent price. They were training a new employee at check-in and it all went smoothly! The room could have been a little cleaner - fuzz on the floor stuck to my feet. The suite was wonderfully equipped with a full fridge!

Not much

We reserved two beds and were given one. The best plan to resolve this was to separate our family of 3. We couldn't do that, so the three of us had to share a bed. After a long drive, to be met with this surprise was more than disappointing. Needless to say, we did not get a good rest.
