Position is perfect and parking easy

Room was not that clean (spiders webs), mattress had spring jutting out on side, air conditioning not working so room too warm. Not good at all for the price you have to pay.

Breakfast offering was good. Great location right in Gunwharf Quays.

Die Lage war sehr gut, das hotel war sehr ruhig und wurde auch vom Hotel eingefordert durch plakate auf dem Floor

Die klimatisierung ist verbesserungswürdigt, die klimaanlage war nur eine lüftung , welche nicht richtig funktionert , die Fenster liesen sich auch nur teilweise öffnen, 23 grad sind zum schlafem einfach zu warm, ein schrank oder ähnliches wäre auch nicht schlecht gerade für mehrtägige Aufenthalte.

Location. We also had a very good staff member who was the Guest Relations Manager, she was very welcoming, efficient and helpful.

Lack of aircon, which has not been working since March! Apparently they sent an email about this which it seems never arrived & speaking to other customers theirs didn’t either!

Convenient, lively location

We were not warned that the air conditioning in the hotel was not working (and had not been for some weeks, as it was undergoing maintenance). The carpets throughout and the chair in our room were worn and stained looking.

Location is good.

Receptionist we arrived to check in was a bit moody and spoke so fast we couldn't make out what she was saying. Also no air conditioning working so we were lucky it wasn't particularly hot weather. The breakfast is quite basic and the scrambled egg always looks watery.
