Sehr gutes Frühstück. Tolle Lage im Einkaufszentrum & zu Fuß schnell auf den historischen Schiffen. 8 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof. Gute, breite Einzelbetten

"Very disappointing"

Great location but the standard of this hotel is very poor. We chose this hotel as it has air conditioning (I have health issues) unfortunately it wasn’t working and hadn’t worked for some time! They could have told us before we arrived, (or when we booked) rather than just offering us ice-cream when we got there! Our first room had a broken window, we were moved straightaway. Due to the heat we had to sleep with the window open which meant being woken up very early by bin collectors and seagulls. We left after 2 nights as couldn’t cope with lack of sleep. Breakfast was underwhelming to say the least- cold bacon, poor quality and inedible. The only positives about this hotel is the location and the staff were helpful and very pleasant; however I would not stay here again!
