InTown Suites Extended Stay Kannapolis NC

When we got there the sheets had looked a little dirty and my girlfriend picked off a few black spots and the shower leaked all over the floor, the rooms kinda smelled and bathrooms were very small for two people. The people were nice and the location was great for where we wanted to be

Walls are concrete and in need of painting. Room was ok, but no hair dryer. The office loaned us one. Coffee pot looked dirty. Bed broke when I got in. Not comfortable. Location is good.

Room had a weird smell. Bathroom had a terrible odor of stale cigarette smoke.

It was a nice room, plenty of space to move around. The beds were comfortable. The floors could have used a good cleaning and perhaps a longer shower curtain.

The beds were comfortable. The pillows were crappy. The room was serviceable but a bit run-down. Kind of a sketchy area and I wasn't thrilled about the check in procedures (calling someone on a phone and waiting for them to come to the door). But it was ok and I didn't see any bedbugs.

Just stayed 8 nights with this hotel and had no problems at all - staff was friendly and accommodating. I would not hesitate to stay here again !
