InTown Suites Extended Stay Kannapolis NC

The room was disgusting with mold growing from the corners and the carpet was not swept with paper particles or hair on the floor. The woman on duty was very kind and accommodating to assist us with additional needs

Hallway was filled with smoke. Unacceptable for a non smoker. Staff was not accommodating. Front desk closes at 7:00 pm

The room had roaches everywhere. Some of the lighrs didn't work. No toilet paper or a tv remote. Housekeeping never came during our 2 night stay. I guess it was fine for the rate but if I could have gotten a refund of some sort back i would.

Convenient location. Staff is friendly. Not much house keeping, & there was an issue with pests/insects.

The room was not clean and people were dealing drugs on the property. No sheets on the pull out sofa bed and only two bath towels for three people. We requested those items and was provided. Lots of homeless people around. Very poor area.

Roaches!! We had a 3 night stay with no new towels, or room cleaning . Strong smell of mold

I booked this reservation knowing that I was receiving 2 double beds and a sofa bed......I had extra guest that need to find other living arrangements because that's not what I received.....they had a problem with giving me additional towels as well as sheet for the sofa bed that I did have....I was very satisfied.

The hotel is always clean and the staff is helpful, the only issue I had this time that I don't normally have is, there was no cookware, to cook with, no silverware or dinnerware, So my family had to eat out

I traveled here 3 hours to get away from the hurricane. The manager up front had a nasty attitude. The room was nasty, the stove didn’t work and the microwave was breaking on the inside. There was no way we were putting food in there! Top it off, the bathroom had black mold everywhere. I don’t know how they received an 100 on sanitation. Something needs to be done about this place. It’s disgusting.
