Residences at Solomon Pond

Cheap. A patio umbrella flew off and hit my car. Receptionist was rude as well.

PRO:Close to mall and public transportation. CON: Management and staff could use training/refresher in customer service and communication skills. They were extremely rude throughout our stay right up until checkout. The manager told us daily that they were fully booked but we were still able to reserve on expedia which seemed to irritate her and the super knocked on our door on our last day to tell us it was time to go (5 min after checkout time) and wouldnt allow us to shut the door while gathering up our bags to leave.

I only stayed a few hours. I was told the front desk would be there until 8 PM. I arrived at 7:15 and while I had check ininstructions I was surprised no one at the front desk. When I got to the room, the smell was terrible. Very musty and moldy smelling. I opened the window to try and air it out and I left my bags there went out for a bit came back at around 10 and the smell was so bad that I left by 1045 and did not stay there. I tried calling the hotel during regular check-in hours on the day after and no answer and no reply to my message.

Problems with bathroom smelled bad notice posted on my door when I got back. Couldn’t sleep from smell toilet clogged. Spoke about a refund no help there
