Great customer service, buffet was great. Rooms was clean and price was reasonable.

Paid in full online through Expedia. Upon trying to check in, the front desk said there would be an additional deposit charged since we used a 3rd party. The associate said if we wanted to cancel, we would need to request a refund through Expedia. We contacted Expedia immediately and they were told by the front desk, that the manager, Merna, was not in and she was the only one who could approve the refund to Expedia. 3 days later, we received a message that the refund was declined by the hotel! Total rip off!

Nice hotel soft comfy beds

I booked a three night stay while i was in town witg my 14 years old son for a family funeral, got to the hotel at 1a.m the first night snd it was so noisy and dirty, soiled bed linens, towels with yellow stains i check out at 10 a.m the same morning and rebook another hotel for the duration of my stay . I inquire about getting a credit or a refund for the two nights i did not stay vut was denied so.

The young lady at the front desk was very nice. Her name was Jaelyn. She was friendly and made sure that we got settled in quickly. She did repeat what I needed and I told her that I like that about her. Its all about listening first. Great customer service. She told me everything we needed to know about the hotel.
