Comfort Inn & Suites Big Spring

Only complaint never hot a reciept

Check in was easy and great. However, there were many other issues. The pool was green, hot tub didn't have any water, went into fitness room and it stunk and was like a sauna - hot, muggy and a/c did not work. Not to mention the room we were in had knats AND mesquitos in it! I woke up to check on my 8 month old to find 3 mesquistos feasting on her. I had to put the baby mesquito repellant on her just to keep them off...and I didn't sleep well because I kept getting up to check on her to ensure her blood wasn't being sucked dry. Our room door wouldn't shut right - we had to forcefully push the door just to get it to latch/lock. Breakfast tasted like it was left overs from day before and eggs were tough and rubbery. Mentioning bugs...there was also honey bees in the breakfast lobby area that kepts trying to get on us and our food. The big windows in the lobby was full of alive and dead bees. I have never stayed in such a run down hotel that was same pricing at the other nice ones I've stayed in. Very disappointed and we will NOT be staying at this hotel ever again.

The highway is noisy if your room faces it. Did not like the plastic covers on the mattresses. Shower needed some help. Friendly and accommodating staff. Decent breakfast. Hotel itself was quiet.

Water color and towels need to be fixed

The staff was amazing, understanding and accommodating. Breakfast was decent with little to no sleep.

Smelled terrible very fishy nasty, pool was green and half full, hallways, elevators and room were dirty (attention to detail when cleaning could help but only a remodel will actually fix this) couldnt sleep its right next to the freeway.

Beds wear comfy, Great brkfst & staff. Great price especially going thru Booking.com, recommend staying

Hotel needs updated, stuff justs need remodeling, which happens as its usage occurs & how long its been there. But its not a down fall. The city water has issues, little dirty looking(water).

Breakfast it was good.
