The Franklin on Rittenhouse, A Boutique Hotel

Incredible staff. Rooms were beautiful and well kept. The hotel bar is one of the best. Looking forward to returning next time in Philly

We stayed at The Franklin for two nights this week. It was our first visit there, and we were pleased. The hotel is tucked away on a small street called "Rittenhouse Square, just off the actual Rittenhouse Square. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and there is a staff person on duty 24/7. Our room was nice, with good lighting and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was bright, with a big shower and plenty of space for all of our health and beauty stuff. The continental breakfast included bagels and lox as well as pastries, other breads, juice, coffee, tea, and yogurt parfaits. There is a bar too, but we didn't frequent it. There's even a lovely dog/mascot. Addison. We prefer smaller hotels or B&Bs, and The Franklin did not disappoint. We will return.

From the moment I arrived, this charming hotel exceeded my expectations. Its location is ideal—within easy walking distance to great attractions, restaurants, and shops—making it perfect for exploring the area without the need for constant transportation. The rooms were a highlight: stylishly decorated, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, offering the perfect mix of elegance and coziness. I especially appreciated the small touches, like complimentary coffee and water available throughout the day.

Hotel is in great location. Staff were so nice and helpful.

We spent two nights at The Franklin. The staff was extremely friendly and so helpful! The rooms were comfy, clean and charming. This will be our go-to when visiting Philadelphia.

Had a great stay! Stef was awesome, he helped me check in and was super friendly and informative. Would definitely stay here again - I’ve stayed at several hotels in center city and really enjoyed this one.

Very close to Rittenhouse Square - great bar and staff. Very walkable.

The room was missing a desk and a dresser. The bathroom was not clean-see pics. The was a beat up mini fridge laying on the floor. Also note the placement of the toilet paper dispenser. This hotel is far from luxury as advertised.
