The Franklin on Rittenhouse, A Boutique Hotel

Great location. No housekeeping at all. Stayed for three nights and zero housekeeping. Incredibly loud. Do not recommend.

I'm a big fan of boutique locations and The Franklin does not disappoint. Was on business and had an impromptu meeting in the city. Booked day of(On a Friday!) at 930a, inquired if I could check in around noon to avoid sitting in a coffee shop until check in, and Paige happily accommodated. Just checked in a few hours ago and realized its attached to Franklin Mortgage(obviously). Unless something drastically changes, this is a great find. Especially for the nightly rate($200). Large rooms, great bathroom, solid metro-decor, and a friendly staff. PS they have a sweet lobby dog.

Phenomenal staff at the desk. Well appointed and clean room with Molton Brown amenities. Perfectly tucked away in an excellent location.

We just celebrated our 31st wedding anniversary and spent the night here. We have been to this hotel several times and we love it! All of the rooms are clean, comfortable and so unique. They do have a free continental breakfast, but we didn’t go. The speakeasy in the hotel is wonderful! They craft amazing cocktails, so make sure to stop in for a drink. The staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful. They make sure that you have everything you need to make your stay amazing. The hotel is very convenient to great restaurants, bars and shopping. And make sure to say hello to Addison the cute dog in the lobby!!

We love this hotel! Have stayed several times. All of the rooms are so unique and always clean. Staff is so welcoming, helpful and friendly. And there is a wonderful bar on the premises. Make sure to stop in for a craft cocktail.

Great location, but that’s it.

Booked based on the boutique classification and property photos, but was disappointed with the property as a whole. Room had no individual temperature control and was too hot to comfortably sleep. Murals are nice, but the hotel lacked an attention to detail that those of us who were attracted to the aesthetic missed.
