Harborside Inn

The location was excellent and the all staff were very helpful and courteous. The bed was comfortable and room service was at own request which was fine.

Even though I had a fair idea of what to expect, I feel the addition of tea/coffee facilities would be beneficial rather than getting a carryout from the adjoining restaurant/cafe' which was quite pricey for a coffee in a cardboard cup. It is nice to have a nice cup of coffee first thing and on the odd occasion you want to nip back for a short rest and snack. If a room has a fridge and an iron, I am not sure why electrically there couldn't be tea/coffee making facilities?

Location is excellent

Cost is high and the cafe even higher, no discount for breakfast only dinner. Water is complimentary which is nice but no coffee

Water pressure was horrific, atrium view isn’t a view at all, and the beds gave me back problems I didn’t have before

2nd visit -rooms clean and comfortable, staff friendly, restaurant on site a great feature

It is right at the harbor and it offers a discount voucher for parking.

The hotel is old and dingy, it has a weird old smell that started already in the lobby. The room had no windows, was dark, dingy and very dated. They didn’t even provide a couple of glasses in the room to have some water.

Localização excelente. Duas estações de metro a poucos metros, com lanchonetes e restaurantes muito próximos também, sem contar que a freedom trail passa bem perto.
