Close enough to TD garden but not as crowded. Close to a delicious restaurant.

Rooms seemed to be in need of a small update.

Property was in the perfect spot, walking distance to lots of restaurants, fanueil hall, and td garden. We walked to and from our show and felt safe the entire time.

The only negative was the parking, but they let us park out front, empty our bags and then go park in the parking garage which was also in walking distance. Even with the discount we thought parking was still pricey on top of the hotel stay but it’s Boston.

The location, it was lovely down by the harbour!! Lots of cafes, pubs and easy access to Boston city centre.

The room is somewhat dated. But comfortable and clean none the less!

The location was amazing, and the room was spacious.

There were serious issues throughout this stay that made it difficult to recommend this hotel at any price point, let alone what is being charged. As others have noted, the absence of basic amenities such as water (and robes) in the room feels unacceptable given the cost. The most disruptive problem was construction directly outside our room beginning at 8:00 AM, with no advance warning whatsoever. This resulted in being woken abruptly and repeatedly during what should have been a restful stay. While the construction crew themselves were courteous and apologetic, the hotel’s response when we raised the issue was dismissive, with staff insisting that 8:00 AM is not early and therefore not their problem. For a hotel at this price level, that lack of communication and basic consideration is difficult to justify. Combined with an overall sense of poor service, the experience fell significantly short of standard. We would not return and would not recommend this hotel.

This was a wonderful hotel with beautiful rooms and an incredible location!

I don't think there was anything I didn't like.

The location is great, easily reached from the airport, close to the restaurants in the North End and just across the street from the ferry to Cape Cod. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. Staff were friendly, efficient and kind (I had had a long, disrupted journey) and made me feel very much at home.
