Harborside Inn

Overall I had a good stay. The staff, room, and location were very nice.

Some of the security features of the building seemed out of date. This is enough to make me reconsider visiting this hotel again.

Bathroom counter good and shower lovely.

Bed mattress could be more comfortable.

Lovely large room and comfy bed. The conversion to a hotel was really well done

There were road works outside while we were there, but this is not the fault of the hotel

The room does not have enough lighting. Dark and depressing. Carpeted corners were dirty. Some front line staff were helpful while some were not, varying service standards. Not worth the high cost.

Location and general theme of the room

Anytime someone in a room anywhere near ours flushed the toilet, ours would bubble up. This was a bit of a bigger problem if you were also currently going to the bathroom. Also, we had “atrium view”. It was a SMALL brick-encased space (“atrium”), so it was very dark and our view was a painted brick wall.
