Great location! Loved the city view (two windows) and the exposed brick walls. The bed was comfy and appreciated the extra pillows. I will say the room is small, there is no closet or luggage rack. Would have used an iron if it was available. Would have appreciated an extra set of towels! And the tv? No guide which made trying to watch challenging.

Great central location and we walked everywhere, helpful staff who successfully sorted out the issues.

The lack of view into an inside atrium made the room extremely dark. Very tired bedroom furniture. Drunken other hotel guests due to the football.

The shower was quite good.

The hotel staff were very unresponsive when asked questions, the room had furniture which fell off the walls. The bar and restaurant manager was extremely rude and aggressive, confrontational and nothing he said to us really made sense, we couldn't enjoy ourselves, left as early as possible.
