Oranmore Lodge Hotel, Conference and Leisure Centre

We wanted to stay close to Galway to visit relatives. This is an older hotel but I found it quaint. The staff was wonderful, helpful and kind. They responded to any requests promptly. They have a workout room and pool. Our meals were all very good. I had been here years ago and in my journal had written what a good meal I had had-they did not disappoint. We took day trips to Cliffs of Mohr and Kylemoore Abbey and the Perfumery at the Burren-all recommended

Old hotel no lifts Dinner was amazing but breakfast the next day was very basic and not great

Lovely stay at Oranmore Lodge Hotel. Food was excellent for our 3 night stay, even though the Hotel was very busy. What made our stay even more rememberable was our lovely bar waitress Michaela, who was extremely kind and attentive. We had not told her but my husband had a very serious operation last year and it was his first proper break away since then, and she made it so special with her kindness and attention. She is to be treasured!

What a fabulous stay we had here at the lodge! A nice quiet place to stay, awesome staff who treated us so well. The food for breakfast was excellent and the meal we had in the evening was top notch as well. You will love your stay here Thank you to everyone who made our time here so wonderful Gord &Michele

Great property

Have just spent a night in this wonderful Hotel. What we liked about this Hotel , it has it's own character, has wonderful staff, great food and very clean & comfortable room. Our room had tea/coffee making facility and small built in fridge.Il Hotel also has a leisure centre ( unfortunately didn't get to use ).

Front entrance was gorgeous! The amenities were really incredible!! Finding a dry sauna and steam sauna in one place was a game changer for our Ireland Roadtrip!

We are just back from staying 1 night here and thank god it was only 1 night 🙏 we had booked a superior room and fully pre paid for it and breakfast. We were given the key to a basic double room. I asked for a pint of guinness with my dinner. €6.50 but when it arrived it was clearly poured from a can into the pint glass. Breakfast the following morning was a disaster. Asked for a full irish (no black pudding , just a 2nd white one). Plate came out with just 2 sausages, 2 rashers and an egg. Waitress apologised for no white pudding which was fair enough , I asked for a hash brown, none of them either and no mushrooms either which were all part of the "full irish" on the menu by the way for €18. I understand any place can run out of items but 99% of them will at least try and add extra of the items that they did have to replace the missing stuff. Some might think im being very picking here etc etc but honestly it was just a disaster. Location and leisure facilities were decent 👌 everything else was a waste of time !!!!

The best thing about this property are the people running it.
