I was not informed before hand about the pool being out of order. Also we could not control the temperature in the room and I got to hot which was uncomfortable.

"Windows. No sound barrier."

I like the staff. As they were friendly. But was told I could not get any discounted rate for the outside noise all night.

The windows are not sound proof and would only partly close. I was awake most the night. I left them know that my bed basically is like sleeping on the side of the street. We hear all the passing traffic all night and people passing by late at night. We were in the 4th floor and still had this experience. The worse is when I told them all this. Nothing was offered ...nothing . Just the buck passed. This was on top of elevators and pool out of service not found out till after confirming my stay.
