My reservation was cancelled via email due to a flood. When I called front desk my reservation was indeed cancelled. I was on my way from Cape Breton and they did nothing to help me out. Just a generic apology. No attempt to figure out a solution.

Pool was down wasnt told til we got there. Ask for refund after spending 14 mins in the room and they refused. Gave me a gift certificate. Female manage was incredibly rude

Unfortunately both the elevators were down and the pool was out of order. I was told in advance they weren’t working. But then told they were working again. Tho it’s not necessarily their fault as there seemed to be a flood. Thankfully they provided passes or reimbursement for the aquatic center down the road.

Friendly staff, good location, good breakfast.

Wasn’t informed about the pool being closed or elevators not working prior to checking in, despite these being ongoing issues. Staff offered to reimburse to swim at a nearby fitness facility but it was highly inconvenient with children. No elevator made it difficult with luggage being on an upper floor.
