Easily accessible from the highway, clean

The elevators were down and the fire escape stairs to exit the building you couldn’t exit out of due to a broken door.

The staff were accommodating The beds and pillows were very soft!

The pool wasn’t open. My children were very disappointed. We did get refunded by the hotel when we went to the Canada games center but we had to go on a wait list to access the pool which was hard for my 5 year old son to understand. The room we were in was right by the road (Parkland) so it was noisy. There wasn’t enough towels or face clothes for everyone in the room. We had to call down for more towels. If you can see how many people are booking in a room, there should be enough towels and face clothes for everyone.

It was in a central area. Wasn’t too far to travel around to malls etc.

The pool and elevators were down. There was blood trickling on the carpet in the hallways and could obviously be seen. Was on two floors that were seen while having to take the stairs due to no elevators. One of the staff was extremely rude and very unprofessional!

The elevator was broken. The pool was shut down which was the reason we booked here and our rooms Air conditioning didn't work so our room was super hot and uncomfortable to sleep in and kid's running up and down the halls all night.

I was very dissatisfied with my stay. I have knee troubles, and upon arrival they tell us the elevator was not functioning. Plus we were looking forward to the pool, which was not open. I feel this should have been posted before we paid to stay there. I definitely would not have chose that location.

Good location , it was clean and comfortable

There was no one to deal with the television which didn’t work ! No phone in the room ! Well there was a phone , had absolutely no buttons on it !! May as well been thrown in the garbage . No dial tone , couldn’t even call front desk for anything . Definitely not convenient. Not what you’d expect in a hotel these days .. pool and elevator not functioning (but I understand cause they had a flood ) . Overall , it was ok , but definitely some management and staffing issues .

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and a good layout for a pack n play bed. The breakfast was awesome The pool was fun- that slide is great

The elevator was broken (no big deal!)...but they did put our room right by the stairs...and the fire door was very loud. I just feel like if you know everyone will be using the stairs..don't put people with a toddler right by the stair doors.
