Hotel Wailea, Relais & Châteaux - Adults Only

The staff at Hotel Wailea are exceptional. We booked our stay via Costco, and couldn’t have been more pleased with it. The front desk texting service is great and the staff were incredibly prompt in responding. The grounds and suites are beautiful, with personal touches and amenities at every turn. Highly recommend!

Staff, views, welcome, relax feeling

Amazing experience

Just spent 5 nights here and very pleasantly surprised. The staff are all 100% bought in to delivering the best service. The atmosphere is adult and relaxed. Very pleased we chose this resort! The real upside to this resort on the shuttle service they run from the resort to the local area. All the cars are high end and the staff treat you like royalty. It's all in with the package so make sure you take full advantage of this service

We stayed at this resort for our anniversary and it was perfect. Our ocean view suite was spacious and very comfortable. It was well stocked with snacks & soft drinks as well. The hotel staff were very helpful as well with any questions and issues. The complimentary shuttle was quite convenient too for those days when we didn't want to drive ourselves around. All in all, the relaxing suite and calm atmosphere of the resort is everything we were hoping for.

I can’t recommend Hotel Wailea enough! I’ve been fortunate to stay at most of the resorts in Wailea and none compare to the hospitality and service that you receive at Hotel Wailea.

Very nice property and view. Rooms are nice and peaceful. Great staff and service. Floors are the only downside, can't walk in the rooms with bare feet as rooms are likely never mopped.

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. We were initially unsure about booking a property that wasn’t directly on the beach, but that concern quickly faded. Our suite had a stunning ocean view that we enjoyed every single day, and the hotel’s complimentary car service made trips to the beach effortless—just a few minutes away! The adults-only aspect of the hotel was a big draw for us, and it created the most serene, relaxing atmosphere. It was exactly what we were looking for. The staff at Hotel Wailea are truly exceptional. Every single person we interacted with was kind, welcoming, and went out of their way to make us feel special. I wish I remembered all their names, because they all deserve recognition. Two people who really stood out to us were Angie, the concierge, and Rommel from the valet team. Angie was phenomenal—before our trip even began, she helped answer all my questions and created a perfectly curated Maui itinerary. During our stay, she continued to be an amazing resource. Rommel was another highlight—always so friendly, helpful, and just a joy to chat with each day. Hotel Wailea is truly a special place, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect honeymoon. If you’re looking for a luxurious, peaceful, and unforgettable experience, 10/10 recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed!
