Pestana Sintra Golf Conference & Spa Resort

They need to not advertise that there is an indoor pool while it’s under remodel. I was extremely disappointed and would have never ever booked this place. The indoor pool was empty and there were no workers remodeling it as was advised at the front desk. I’m still waiting for compensation

I picked this hotel specifically because it listed of having an indoor pool. When we arrived we were notified that the pool has been closed since February for renovations. I looked at the pool. There were no workers there doing anything. And the pool water is empty. I believe that since it’s been closed for such a long time that there should be a mention in the hotel listing.

Loved location, walking around both downtown and surrounding areas. Breakfast was a buffet with lots of options and good! Room was nice and clean Hotel chain was very accommodating as we had booked another location where indoor pool had a problem, transferred us to Pestana Cascais without a question - totally appreciated the effort Most enjoyable week and would use the hotel chain again in the future

Beautiful room with lovely golf course view! Dining room snacks were quite expensive and the shrimp salad was not good! Breakfast buffet had good selection.

Outside grounds are beautiful. Staff very friendly. Cleaning is very poor. Bad mattresses, bad pillows, washrooms very smelly. Indoor pool very cold.
